Easy DIY installation, but only 1 Master PIN ,this is the same Only 1 User PIN ,so if you have many people in your house, who know the PIN who can change the master PIN any time , so I think this not safety.

These locks are of a great use. We use them at the workshop and they are a great use despite the number of people coming in and out. Would prefer to get more users to have access on the system as it is currently restricted to 8.

I wanted a lock like this for so long then found this one at Bunnings, did a bit of research and found it all really easy to understand. Having teenagers they constantly lost the front door keys! So frustrating. One thing they will never lose is their phone! So the Bluetooth setting is what they all use to get in the house now. It’s brilliant!

This lock is great value for money, so convenient not needing to carry keys around. I wish the phone app was a bit better, there's not much you can do on it and the Bluetooth for unlocking the door takes a while. Overall a great unit but don't rely too heavily on the app.

We purchased this lock due to our teenager’s constantly leaving the front door unlocked. The automatic lock function is amazing and provides a high level of security knowing that the door is always locked. I do recommend purchasing rechargeable batteries though, as they do go flat quick.

Secondly I wish to praise digital door locks customer support team. Nearly two years ago I bought a digital lock. It had issues. Digital door locks replaced it straight away without any fuss. Now that lock has developed a fault. Again DDL l support immediately helped me and now I have a shiny new Samsung lock. DDL reply to emails very quickly and really seem to care about their customers.

This lock was really easy to install and set up. It’s easy to use - my son loves keying in the code and the rest of the family have the app installed. I love the tone that plays to let you know when the door opens, but it can be disabled if you don’t like that feature. Also it’s really good to know who has opened the door - so if I’m out, I can see when my children get home from school. Really good product.

This is a great lock for us. Most of our children have moved out and now we don’t need to worry about making sure they all have a copy of the house key. I love the app and can keep track of who’s coming in with the notifications. The two step procedure is a great bonus as is the options available, app, tag and card. We make sure we have the card available for guests staying with us and they never have a problem accessing our home.

Stylish door lock. Great lock easier to install. I have a standard double door but had to use all the spacers to get the strike to match up. Looks not a solid as the metal strike on its own. Apart from that the lock is easy to use. The smart app is good to because I can open the door remotely when I am In Bluetooth range.

Very good bluetooth pairing app. I will check availability of the extra wireless module (which is apparently available), but not sure if I really need it as BT fulfil all my needs. Great security This door lock is a life saver, we installed it on our internal garage door to stop our toddler from entering the garage and potentially running onto the road. Was so easy to install. Great customer service Unfortunately the lock didn't come with any instructions, and therefore I had to google how to set the fobs up. Without any luck I called Samsung and the lady was very helpful and helped me set them up. I also thought I can set up an app on my phone, but you can't for this version. Just some feedback for those looking at the differences between models. Very happy with the service though.
